2022 - Cameco – McArthur River - General Contractor – Batch Plant Optimization

Duration of the Work: 16 Months

Area of Work: Civil excavation and trenching, Concrete foundations and pads, Structural/Architectural assembly and cladding, Mechanical & Piping installations, Electrical and Instrumentation, Commissioning, Surface and Underground mine locations.

Scope Of Work: Worked as an integrated team with the client, engineering, and suppliers in an IPD format to construct and commission a new Concrete Batch Plant on a Northern Minesite.

Work included Early Contractor involvement, constructability advice/input, collaborative offsite pre-planning, scheduling, procurement along with onsite surface and underground demolition and installations to accommodate new facilities.

Self-Perform: General Contractor Project/Construction Management, Civil/Struct/Arch, Elect/Inst, Mech/Piping.

Sub-Contract: Concrete foundation installation support, Crane activities, Cladding, Insulating, High pressure hydraulic system installation.

Outcome of the Project: The Project was considered a huge success by all parties involved.
