Client: SaskPower

Duration of the Work: In Progress

Area of Work: Complete building renovation, including office space, washroom, storage area, and exterior.

Comments: The scope of work was to rebuild the interior to use as a heated storage/workshop with 4 workstations, single washroom and 2 mechanical service rooms.

Scope of Work: Renovation of existing facility including mechanical, electrical and office space.

Approach to Delivery: Tron’s approach to this project was active involvement with SaskPower and Stantec (Engineer) in a team effort to design, construct, and occupy the renovated building.

Through cooperation, we were able to make decisions quickly.

Outcome of the Project: This building was old in nature and had numerous design changes and change in conditions. Due to the cooperation we were able to mimize cost overruns. The end result was a successful project and a satisfied client.

Key Lessons Learn to be Applied in Future Contracts: The project team learned that in the future it is important to clarify site and project expectations early concisely and consistent.
